YUPSI Foundation Internship Programme is a leadership development model for young enthusiasts who have a keen interest in working in the development area, and are dedicated to build a world. Through the Internship Programme, the interns are able to develop their leadership ablities, professional skills and social conscientiousness.
The goal of this six months programme is to groom interns so that they can take up leadership positions in the development space in future.
What do we look for?
Our interns must possess skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, grit and have a high bar of expectations for themselves and others. They must demonstrate interpersonal skills through their interactions with various stakeholders, along with academic excellence.
In our intern, we look for leaders to join a movement towards social equity. Aside from passion and commitment to the movement, we look for leadership potential that can develop through the six-month internship.
